How to book a psychedelic retreat in Europe

The complete journey — from intake form to ongoing community. Eleven steps, no hidden stages.

Phase 1 Before you book

Watch the Q&A video

The fastest way to answer most questions about readiness, medicines, safety, and what to expect. Watch this before anything else — it makes every subsequent conversation more productive.

Fill out the intake form

Share your health history, current medications, mental health background, and intentions. This lets us assess fit before we speak and saves both of us several back-and-forth emails. For medication or contraindication questions, please use this form first.

Book your introductory call — €40 · 45–60 min

A paid consultation — not a sales call. In 45–60 minutes you’ll leave knowing whether plant medicines are appropriate for your health history, whether the timing is right, which retreat fits your intentions, and how to prepare mentally and physically. Honest guidance either way.

The €40 is deducted from your retreat price if you go ahead. If we’re not the right fit, you leave with a clear direction for your specific situation.

Phase 2 Securing your place

Receive your booking confirmation email

If we’re a good fit after the call, you’ll receive a confirmation with retreat details, dates, and next steps.

Pay the 50% deposit

Wire transfer (EUR · USD · GBP · AUD), PayPal, Wise, or Stripe / credit card (small processing fee applies).

Full confirmation + retreat address + app access

Once payment is confirmed you receive the full retreat address and access to our preparation & integration app — with preparation materials, micro-practices, dietary guidance, and integration tools.

We disclose the retreat address only after payment — to protect the privacy of all our guests and the integrity of our venues.

Phase 3 Before the retreat

Join the WhatsApp group

You’ll be added to a group with your fellow participants and the facilitation team — for community, logistics, preparation questions, and support in the weeks before you arrive. This is where the retreat begins, before you’ve even packed.

Begin the 2-week dietary preparation

Two weeks before the retreat, specific dietary guidelines come into effect. These are designed to maximise the safety and effectiveness of the plant medicines — and to prepare your nervous system and body for the work ahead. Full guidance is in your app and on the dietary requirements page.

For ayahuasca retreats this includes avoiding certain foods, medications, and supplements. Review the full list carefully and raise any questions in the WhatsApp group or via email well in advance.

Free integration call — included with every retreat

Every retreat participant receives one free integration call. Book it via the scheduler below when you’re ready — usually 2–4 weeks after the retreat, once the initial wave of insight has settled into something you can work with.

Additional support — available to everyone

Extra integration calls (€98 · 1 hour) and Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions (€390 · 2 hours) are available to alumni and new clients alike — before, during, or completely outside of a retreat context.

RTT is an evidence-based method combining hypnotherapy, NLP, and CBT — effective for anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs, and deep behavioural patterns. No retreat experience required.

Phase 6 Ongoing community

You don’t leave when the retreat ends

Alumni join an ongoing community: WhatsApp groups, Knowledge Base and blog updates, occasional group integration calls, and regional in-person meetups as they form. Returning alumni receive a 10% discount on all future retreats (excluding the Soul Family Retreat, which is alumni-only and already heavily discounted).
