New to our retreats?
If you love this retreat format but haven’t been to one of our retreats yet, we recommend starting with our Flexible Reset Retreat — a shorter entry point that still gives you the full container, preparation and integration support.
Return to the Vine: Advanced Retreat for Returning Souls
This gathering is for alumni who already know the field we build—now you’re returning with more capacity, more honesty, and (usually) more appetite for depth. The Soul Family Retreat is less about “fixing” and more about embodying what you’ve already opened: stabilizing your nervous system in community, integrating the insights that didn’t fully land last time, and reconnecting to purpose, play, and the mysterious intelligence that brought you here in the first place.
Expect an intimate, high-trust container with space for real conversation, silence, laughter, tears, and that rare feeling of being understood without having to perform. You’ll have structure where it matters (preparation, ceremonies, integration) and flexibility where it helps (rest, nature, 1:1 support, and the group’s natural rhythm). This is a psychedelic retreat Algarve experience for people who don’t need the basics explained—they want refinement, coherence, and a stronger “after” than last time.
AI-Powered Preparation & Integration App
We’re adding something that many retreats talk about but rarely deliver in a practical way: ongoing support. Our app acts like an always-available integration companion—helping you prepare before arrival, navigate the retreat week, and keep momentum once you’re home. It’s built around our BioPsyche Renewal approach: nervous-system regulation, micro-practices, journaling prompts, and grounded lifestyle guidance.
- Prep clarity: diet guidance, intention prompts, and practical readiness check-ins.
- Integration structure: daily reflection prompts, micro-practices (1–5 min), and pattern tracking.
- Low-friction support: “what do I do with this?” moments answered with step-by-step options.
You’ll still get human support (obviously). The app just fills the gaps between sessions—because insight without integration is… expensive entertainment.
